How to Request an Additional Class using the Helpdesk

Step 1

In your account, select “Helpdesk” from the left menu.

Step 2

Now that you are in the Help Desk, click the “add” button in the upper right-hand corner.

 

Step 3

In the “Add Ticket” window. Enter your subject in the Title and your question is the description box. Then, click “Submit”.

 

Step 4

You should receive a response from a member of our support team in within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email when they have responded.
