- At the beginning of each academic year, students will review and sign the Acceptable Use Policy during their re-enrollment process.
- When uncertain, students must seek guidance from the Academic Coaches regarding their use of AI.
- Students will consistently document the usage and purpose of AI in their work.
Ensuring Informed Consent:
At the start of each enrollment/academic period, parents and students will be informed about the AI systems being used before signing consent forms. In addition, students will regularly be prompted to review and consent to the use of AI tools provided within the learning system.
