Support for Your Student
Northgate offers multiple avenues of support for our students. Your child will have an Academic Success Coach to help them select their classes and who will communicate with you about their progress. You can reach out to their coach through email to make sure they’re on track. Our Parent Portal will allow you to view the course content, your student’s progress, and their grades; you can even sign up for regular notifications to find out when they complete coursework and what their scores are.
If your child is struggling or just needs a little bit of clarification about their assignments, their instructors are just a message away. Our instructors will respond within one business day with the help your student needs. If your student is unsure about their work or they’re struggling with key concepts, they will also benefit from the unlimited online tutoring included in their tuition through Train the Brain. As long as your student has an internet connection, they’ll have the chance to schedule one-on-one tutoring with Train the Brain’s content-area experts.
