Northgate Academy is regionally accredited by Cognia, the parent organization of the North Central Association CASI, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools CASI, and the Northwest Accrediting Commission.
In addition to being regionally accredited by Cognia, NCA, SACS, and NWAC, Excel High School has prestigious accreditation by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools CESS. We are also an "A+" Rated, Accredited Member of the Better Business Bureau. Northgate Academy issues the same accredited high school diploma as Public Schools. Northgate Academy is approved by numerous State agencies to ensure standards are met.

What types of programs does Northgate Academy offer?
Northgate Academy offers flexible, accredited programs designed to support students throughout their high school journey — all built on a strong foundation of Christian faith. Our core program is for students in grades 9–12 and includes a full selection of courses aligned with national standards and presented from a biblical worldview.
Students can follow our standard Christian high school curriculum or, for those seeking greater academic rigor, choose to take Honors and Advanced Placement (AP) courses through our accredited sister school, Excel High School. These advanced courses allow students to challenge themselves while still graduating from NGA with a diploma rooted in Christian values.
For adult learners over the age of 18, we offer a separate Adult High School Diploma program designed to help students return to school and complete their education on a flexible schedule.
